About the Role
The Strategic AE focuses on the largest, most complex MSP groups in North America. You will run strategic, multithreaded sales cycles, often with C-suite stakeholders, competing against top-tier SaaS vendors. This is a high-impact role requiring maturity, commercial depth, and exceptional sales execution.
What You’ll Do
- Manage large, complex MSP new logo opportunities with multi-threaded stakeholders
- Build strong executive relationships with MSP owners, CTOs, Managing Partners, and CROs
- Deliver sophisticated demos, business cases, and ROI/value modeling
- Coordinate internal resources (SEs, leadership, product) to win key strategic deals
- Partner closely with Senior Partner Development Executives on sourced opportunities
- Maintain impeccable forecast accuracy and strategic pipeline discipline
- Support regional growth strategy and large-scale channel initiatives
What You Bring
- 5–8+ years of SaaS strategic or enterprise AE experience
- Deep experience selling into MSPs, IT service providers, or adjacent ecosystems
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Proven success operating with an $8K–$10K+ MRR quota
- Ability to navigate complex buying cycles and influence senior decision makers

Skills We Need for This Role
- Proven experience in covering the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Demonstrated consistent overachievement against sales targets and quota
- Previous experience selling into MSP's (Managed Service Providers)
- Experience selling tech or SaaS products, ideally within a start-up or fast paced environment
- Proven ability to develop relationships at the executive level
- Drive to focus on prospecting and developing new client relationships
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong motivation and the ability to inspire and drive results
- Ability to meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
