About the Role 

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing backend systems that power our cybersecurity solutions. You will work closely with the development team to ensure our backend infrastructure is scalable, secure, and efficient. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing

• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable backend services and APIs using C# (.NET 8 and above).

• Drive innovation by contributing to the design and development of new product features, working closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities that deliver real value to users.

• Participate in regular innovation sprints and hackathons, where you’ll get the chance to pitch ideas, prototype solutions, and explore emerging technologies.

• Contribute to system architecture and design discussions, focusing on performance, maintainability, and security.

• Write clean, well-tested, and efficient code following best practices and team standards.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including frontend engineers and product managers

• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and technical discussions to support team growth and code quality.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, taking ownership of root cause analysis and long-term fixes.

Skills We Need for This Role 

• Proficiency in C# and .NET 8 and above

• Experience with RESTful APIs, VS Code (Visual Studio), and database management

• Familiarity with AI development tools (Cursor, Tab Nine, GitHub Copilot, etc.)

• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API’s and Microsoft 365 policy management

• Working knowledge of cloud-based providers like Azure/AWS/GCP and Service Bus messaging

• Ability to write clean, well-tested, and efficient code

• Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles

• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and resolving production issues

• Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements

• Keen attention to detail
