About the Role 

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on digital campaigns. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day marketing activities such as social media posts, email and marketing campaigns, website updates, and managing digital ads across platforms. You’ll also provide support in event coordination and marketing administration. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing 

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Reddit and other industry specific platforms

• Develop and build email marketing campaigns and lead generation, ensuring targeted messaging and effective performance

• Observe, maintain and manage the performance of digital campaigns

• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing collateral, including web assets, social posts, and promotional materials

• Assist in updating and maintaining website content to ensure it is up-to-date and relevant

• Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Reddit

• Support in the coordination and promotion of company events, including webinars and industry conferences

• Analyse marketing campaign performance, providing insights and suggestions for improvement

• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with broader company goals

Skills We Need for This Role 

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a digital marketing focused role

• Proficient in managing Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other digital ad platforms

• Adobe experience including - InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

• Ability to create compelling content for various channels, including social media, email, and websites

• Experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot (or similar)

• Strong ability to analyse and report on marketing campaign performance

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
