About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our rapidly growing Talent team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hiring Engineering (Frontend and Backend) and technical positions with exceptional talent. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to build exceptional relationships both internally and externally and ideally have worked in a fast-moving technology startup or SaaS business. You'll be at the forefront of driving business growth and engaging incredible talent to scale our business across Series-B and beyond! If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage end to end recruitment - translate business needs into actionable job specs and adverts, engage top talent via LinkedIn, GitHub and other platforms, run engaging and detailed assessments and work closely with stakeholders to create candidate focused interview processes and negotiate offers
- Drive our values – keep and champion our fantastic culture with detailed assessments, ensuring all hires align with our company values and culture
- Support candidates through interview and hiring processes, ensuring an incredible experience, regardless of the outcome
- Lead and support projects around Employer Branding and EVP
- Leverage AI and Automation to build scalable talent processes
- Facilitate workshops to upskill our internal/ external teams around hiring and assessment processes
- Find industry leading Talent using tools and networks. Engage with developer communities, attend industry events, and leverage online platforms to create lasting connections with top talent
- Support growth and hire planning with stakeholders to manage future pipeline
- Document assessment and interview processes to ensure consistency and fairness
- Be at the cutting-edge of Talent, AI/ML, staying ahead of industry and market trends, attending events where needed

Skills We Need for This Role
- 4+ years' experience within Technical Recruitment
- Proven experience hiring Engineers and a variety of technical roles
- Previous experience hiring globally
- Experience being the founding Recruiter would be highly advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to meet and overachieve objectives and hiring targets
- Mixture of agency, RPO, internal background would be beneficial
- Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning Frameworks and technical assessments
- Experience in Generative AI, ML, GPT and other LLM’s
- Previous experience in a startup/ scaleup, SaaS or Cybersecurity business will be highly advantageous
- Strong analytical, relationship building and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with the ability to make an impact quickly and drive self-accountability
- Experience managing stakeholders at all levels, able to articulate ideas and strategies clearly and effectively
- Data-driven approach, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently
